About Kelly

Kelly Briscoe

Kelly has enjoyed a dynamic musical career, performing across a variety of venues—from jazz clubs in Los Angeles and New York to concert halls in South Florida, theatrical stages nationwide, and aboard luxury cruise ships around the world. A notable highlight of her career was gracing the Broadway stage at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall as Mrs. Claus in The Christmas Spectacular.

Kelly grew up on the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas, where music was the heart of her home thanks to her mother, a classical pianist and piano teacher. Grounded in faith from a young age, Kelly sang her heart out each week as a soloist in church. When the electricity would go out on the island, she and her family would gather around the piano by candlelight to sing a Gershwin tune or a hymn.

One of her most memorable childhood experiences came at age 12 when she joined Pat Boone on stage in Nassau to sing his daughter Debbie Boone’s hit, You Light Up My Life. Pat said she was the only one who could sing it besides Debbie! That same year, Kelly landed her first musical theater role as Liesl in The Sound of Music. In the play, Liesl is “16 going on 17” and receives her first kiss—an onstage moment that was also Kelly’s first real-life kiss.

As a headliner for Royal Caribbean International, Kelly brings her passion for the Great American Songbook to life alongside a dynamic repertoire that spans blues, soul, pop, and musical theatre. Her versatility as a performer shines in every show, drawing from a deep love of classic standards and contemporary hits alike.

On stage, she has taken on some of musical theatre’s most beloved roles, including Esmeralda in Hunchback, Rizzo in Grease, Fanny in Funny Girl, Angel in Celebration, and Anita in a concert production of West Side Story. It was a joy for Kelly to originate the role of Merna Barry in Perfect Harmony: The Barry Sisters' Story, an original musical. She also wrote and created her own one-woman show portraying Judy Garland in The Other Side of the Rainbow. Kelly received her BFA in Theater and Music from the New World School of the Arts Conservatory in Miami, Florida.
